when I run xmh under a vanilla X11R4, it consistently core dumps just after startup. Is this a known problem, is there a known fix? -Dennis Heimbigner (dennis@boulder.colorado.edu)

If xmh was built with the compiler gcc 1.34, 1.35, or 1.36, and if the public patch #2 from MIT has not been applied to the source tree, then yes, this is a known problem. Either apply fix-2 to the sources, or use a different compiler. Otherwise, it is not a known problem, and a bug report should be filed. The bug report template is in the source tree in doc/bugs.
