My sample server gives these extension names: SHAPE MIT-SHM Multi-Buffering MIT-SUNDRY-NONSTANDARD Are there any conventions about the form of these names? Should they be all upper case (certainly Multi-Buffering is not)? Should components always be separated by dashes? Are there any conventions about the form of these names? There is a semi-convention of uppercase and hyphens, but no laws.
