[net.news] Bogus headers in net.micro.pc

gnu@sun.uucp (John Gilmore) (10/31/84)

Can whoever is gatewaying Info-IBMPC into the Usenet fix up your headers?
The Subject and From lines should just contain the Subject and From of
the original message. Why do you put bogus ones in the Usenet header and
put the real ones in the text?
