   xdbx was ported to run under R4 by some folks here at LLNL. It is
available as part of the LLNL X distribution on lll-crg.llnl.gov.
Unfortunately you have to grab the entire contrib tape to get it. 
It is in /pub/X.V11R4/llnl-dist/contrib.
