From: Jeff Eaton leal (%edi,%eax),%edx -> Optimizer used this instruction jge .L15 to replace: movl %edi,%edx addl %eax,%edx leal does not set condition codes. this results in the branch not being taken when it should be. Now, them's good facts. I believe, I believe! The compiler bug will be reported to Sun... Great.
