Subject: Widget Class Help
To anyone who has experience using the DECwindows FORTRAN bindings. I
am trying to create a popup shell that is the parent for a window to
contain a diagram of current mouse button functions. This popup is to
be created by an application which can then use the window to display
the action or actions associated with pressing or releasing a specific
mouse button. Having this as a separate shell is desired so I can
iconify it when not needed by the user.
My problem is in using the XT$CREATE_POPUP_SHELL routine. I cannot
figure out how to pass this routine a valid widget class pointer.
The manuals touch on widget classing but there are no examples of
how to do this from FORTRAN. I must be overlooking something.
Anyone having an example FORTRAN program which uses multiple shells
would probably be the most help or some info on how to create shells
