Has anyone out there considered/implemented wildcarding of hostnames and host addresses for xhost and the X server ? The current xhost interface requires that each host to be added/removed to/from the access control list be listed seperately. The XAddHost(s) library calls also only allows one host per XHostAddress structure. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone with ideas or suggestions on how to best add wildcarding.
