The AUTHOR file for xcmap has the following:
Written by John Bradley (bradley@cis.upenn.edu), one of the fine folks at
the University of Pennsylvania.
I have tried several times to contact John to give him my patches.
If John is out there, or if anyone knows his whereabouts, please
contact me. Alternatively, if xcmap has a current maintainer, let
me know.
If nobody claims this program in the next couple of weeks, and if
nobody objects to my doing so, I'll take over maintenance of the
program.
