[comp.windows.x] InterViews diffs for g++: where?

The subject just about says it all.  Of course, I didn't have a need for it
when the postings came through so I naturally didn't save the info (seems like
I'd have learned the folly of that by now, eh? :-).

If you have IV2.6 and g++ 1.37.[12], you'll not need any diffs at all! IV will
compile with g++ !
