Has anyone gotten xdvi to work correctly with backing store enabled? The use of backing store is pretty critical when running an NCD-19 on a serial line. Xdvi often, but no always, shoots the whole first page and the backing store allows you to instantly scroll it, but never does this for any succeeding page.
