[comp.windows.x] Motif Question

as I'm about 300 messages behind on xpert and don't want to loose
any replies to this. Thanks!)

Is there any way to contain child widgets within the space of 
their parent ?  or Is there any way to stop widgets from being
moved onto a specific portion of the screen?

For instance, using motif and having the example display shown 
below, is there anyway to prevent "window M" from being moved 
over the top row of buttons ?  It is not acceptable to just 
raise the buttons to the top of the display stack because the 
motif window frame could be lowered under the buttons and 
control of window M would be lost forever!
