[comp.windows.x] Retrieving image from cursor

	Is there some way to build an image structure which encompasses the
data of a cursor from a cursor font via Xlib routines?  In particular, I'd like
to use the text insertion cursor from the DECwindows DECW$CURSOR font and
manipulate it as an image within a portion of a window to mimic the cursor
movement of a simple text widget.  Note that I cannot use a toolkit.
