Sorry.  I have been receiving patches and questions about xfig for a while,
so and I didn't realize that it wasn't obvious whom to contact.  :-(

Will do.  I have integrated the README.X11 file into the README file already,
removed the message from Ken Yap about contacting him, and I will put in a more
explicit message about whom to contact for bugs etc.
Thanks for pointing this out.

Patch level 8 will be out RSN (this week).
