[comp.windows.x] highlighting xterms in twm, doesn't work ?

I want to highlight my xterms when they are active. I
have the following lines included in my .twmrc:

Color
{
    BorderColor 		"gold"
    {
	"XTerm"			"green"
	"vi"			"black"
    }
    BorderTileBackground 	"black"
    {
	"XTerm"			"gold"
    }
    BorderTileForeground 	"black"
    {
	"XTerm"			"gold"
    }
}

The "vi" window goes black when highlighted, but the xterm
won't go green. Also, the vi won't go any other colour except
black. Further: If i do an f.twmrc, the changes of colour for
highlighting (going black) only occur for new xterms. I am
using XR4.

Any ideas ?
