Greetings, (in other words I have another question) I am trying to set some of the MWM_HINTS flags in Motif via the XmNmwmDecorations and XmNmwmFunctions resources contained in VendorShell. (I have actually created a Message Dialog via XmCreateQuestionDialog.) The bit flags I am using are like MWM_FUNC_..... MWM_DECOR_.... Where the ellipses stand for the attribute desired such as BORDER or MOVE. Because XmCreateQuestionDialog returns the message box widget as the return value, I set some of the above resources via XtSetValues of XtParent(return value). This sets the resources of the DialogShell which inherits resources from VendorShell. However, I get alot of flukey and inconsistent behavoir when I do set these resources. I am following the conventions of using - or + (+ needs no op sign to specifiy) on the MWM_FUNC or MWM_DECOR_ resource names. HELP! Is this a bug? -- Gregory B.
