[comp.windows.x] X11 reminder/alarm program....

I'm looking for an X11 program that will popup reminder windows for me on my
screen.  Basically, I want to be able to keep a file of events, preferably free
form, and have a window pop-up on my screen five minutes before I have to be
at these events.  Does anybody know of such a beast?
