A client data pointer in core and coreClass which is never
used by the widget code, just for clients.
Drop gadgets. Get them out of all the widget sets too. If
window-less widgets are going to be supported, they should
still have the same basic structure!!!!!!!!!! The current
scheme blows Widget polymorphism out of the water.
The manual re-organized into two parts: widget-writer part
and widget-user part. I know this will make it bigger, as
there will be duplicated information.
Make XtError and XtWarning into error-stack mechanisms, and
provide a standard error widget which can optionally be used to
display the errors to the user. I like the suggestion for
the multiple levels of error messages suggested recently by
another poster.
I'd like to see the Widget Creation Library built in too,
so UIL can be discarded forever. libWc still needs to be used
by more people, to make sure that all the useful creation
resources are provided.
