To All, The system: Sun 3's under SunOS 4.0.1 running X11R4 with patches through to fix-11 applied (compiled with cc). The problem: When trying to read certain Xlib manual pages with xman, xman dies (apparently with no core dump) and the following appears in the console window: Error: SBLW: cannot be both bold and italic. None of the X11 manual pages are preformatted (Sun's man and catman seem to be unable to resolve the .3X11 extension that the Xlib manual pages were installed with), so Xman must format the pages. This seems to work fine, and the initial page appears in the window. However, after scrolling down a page or two, the above occurs. This does not happen for every Xlib manual page, but it does happen with the XGetVInfo, XCreWin, and XCreGC. What is to be done?
