[comp.windows.x] Need help with, Open Look Window Manager and XView

Hi 

I have a couple of questions about olwm and the cmdtool that comes with XView
( config: X11R4 XView toolkit 1.0.1 )

1.  If I start a shelltool from the .olwmmenu file I have to do a reset
    to get the terminal set up right.  But I if I start it from the
    command line it's fine ??

2.  How do I get the shelltool to be reverse video.

Any sample .olwmenu files would be great too.
