lfm@ttardis.UUCP (JT Vogt) (08/14/90)
This is a reminder that this month's Michigan X User Group meeting is this
week. Details follow:
When: Thursday, August 16 1990 - 6:30pm
Where: Prime Computer
100 W. Big Beaver Road, Suite 400
Troy, MI
Corner of Big Beaver (16 Mile) and Livernois (Main) in Troy
Take Exit 69 off I-75, east of I-75 on Big Beaver
Price: No cost, but you may want to bring dinner or a snack, or we
may order out pizza (you will, of course, have to pay for that)
What: This month features speakers for GM Research on the basics of X and
GUI's. Also there will be a running X11.R4 system for demonstrations
and hands-on usage.
Everyone is welcome, but please try to be on time. The management company
of this building likes to lock it up at 5:30. There is a night-call box
near the door and we will have someone checking the door every 10 minutes
until 7:30, but it's easier if you can make it there on time.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact JT Vogt at 689-0100 Ex. 553
DISCLAIMER: This is *not* a Prime Computer sponsored group. They're just kind
enough to let us use their facilities temporarily.
