[comp.windows.x] is there an Xrolodex?

The subject line says most of it. The rest of it is: somewhere in the
public domain. I seem to remember something like there being one available
from a third party for commercial release, but that is not what I am
looking for. Anyone put something together that they are not talking
about? This seems like it would be one of those "this is my first X
program to see how to do things" type of program.

We have a Motif address book program that will be the sample program in
our upcoming book. It isn't really complete yet, but it is usable. If
there is much demand for it, I will see about getting it on expo.

I am writing a program called XCard which is like a rolodex. I modeled
it after the Microsoft Windows Card accessory program.

I should be done in a week or so. If you have any requests for functions
you would like to see, just send me an e-mail.

XCard is based on Xt with Athena Widgets, so it should be portable just about
everywhere.

  Just another quick note:

Several people have asked if the XCard program I mentioned
would be posted to comp.sources.x. I would like to do that.
I am not sure of the procedure, if anybody knows, e-mail me
  how it is done.

Another program I am writing is called XPeg. It simulates the
pegboard used in many offices to keep track of the coming and
goings of people. XPeg is almost done. I will post it to
  c.s.x as well.

If you have any ideas about what XPeg or XCard should do, please
  e-mail me your input.
