[comp.windows.x] xterm cut/paste with Open Windows

xterm seems to see selections made in cmdtool but not the other way around.
Is there a way around this?

Is it possible to change some bindings to allow cmdtool do a mouse only
(no menus, no keyboard) copy/paste.

Try drag n' drop. This doesn't require any changes at all.
Select some text. Leave, then re-enter the selected area. Depress the
select (usually left) button, hold it down, and drag the text to
where you want to drop it. Let up on the mouse button, and it should
automatically be copied and pasted.
