Any vendor claiming to sell an OPEN LOOK compliant GUI must supply the file manager; its properties are specified in Chapter 12 of the OPEN LOOK functional specification. The file manager is a part of the Sun Deskset package. It is part of Sun's OpenWindows product. The properties specified in the Open Look functional spec, merely says (my quotes) "if you produce a file manager and want it to be Open Look compliant, this is what you have to do".
