I got a nice brochure from Quarterdeck Office Systems, in which they describe their new product DESQview/X for 8086,286,386,486 based PCs. DESQview/X is an extension to Quarterdeck's DESQview multitasking DOS environment. It's an X Server which allows you to run multiple DOS applications (even remote) and local or remote X11 clients. IT LOOKS VERY GOOD...at least on paper :-) Has anybody already seen this beta release? Comments? Igor Metz Institut fuer Informatik und angew.
