[comp.windows.x] running OW2.0 Calendar Manager to work with MIT X11R4

I previously posted that OpenWindows 2.0 Calendar Manager would not work
properly under the MIT X11R4 server.  cm would complain that it could find
fonts.  Thanks to Tom LaStrange for pointing out the following work-around:

  Add the following lines to the fonts.alias file in the directories where
  your lucida fonts are held:

  -b&h-lucida-medium-r-normal-sans-9-90-75-75-p-0-iso8859-1  [continued line]
      -b&h-lucida-medium-r-normal-sans-10-100-75-75-p-58-iso8859-1
  -b&h-lucida-bold-r-normal-sans-9-90-75-75-p-66-iso8859-1  [continued line]
      -b&h-lucida-bold-r-normal-sans-10-100-75-75-p-66-iso8859-1
