[comp.windows.x] How do you make items insensitive using the XView toolkit?

howard@arisia.Xerox.COM (Milton G. Howard) (09/09/90)

I am using version 1.x of the XView toolkit. Is there any way to
make a PANEL_CHOICE item insensitive (greyed out and unselectable
similar to the Macintosh world)? I know this can be done with
Widgets using the Xt intrinsics toolkit but unfortunately I am
not using the OLIT.

A short code sample or explanation would be MUCH appreciated.
Please e-mail me directly since unfortunately I don't have time
to read this newsgroup as often as I would like.

Thanks in advance,

Could be either address since we are currently in a gateway
transition.

The standard clocktool has this feature on the main pulldown. The Preferences
selection on sun owm is grayed. All I have though is the binary...
