Those files have been split into parts with suffixes now labeled .aa, .ab, .ac and one .ad file. XTerm.ad is not part of a split file. You need to concatenate these files together into their original filenames before you continue. Also, there is an empty directory called tektests (or something like that). I couldn't include this because it has control chars and very long lines.
