While I was searching include files for Xt intrinsic prototype, I found a
routine called XtSetAsyncEventHandler(). I thought that this is it which was
suggested in the reply to my previous posting about event handling other than
event loop. But, but I could not find any description in either Adrian Nye's
manual or DECwindows document set.

I guess this intrinsic sets AST to display connection if using VMS, or other
async mechanism if using UNIX. In fact, I have tried this intrinsic using
VAX/VMS V5.3 on VS3100, and it worked as I expected except passing
AST-parameter.

Are there any datailed information or descriptions about this routine ? Or,
are there any other Xt routines recommended to set AST mechanism on VAX/VMS (
no event flag ;-) triggered by the availability of the X event ? I want
to handle X events really asynchronously.

Thanks in advance..
