[net.news] DEC mention of usenet

The recent posting about Tektronix responses to usenet postings
reminded me of mention I saw recently in DECWORLD, a DEC employee
publication, of usenet in an article about UNIX. Usenet is covered in
two paragraphs, with a third that explains how DEC's Easynet
(engineering net) is gatewayed in via decwrl; the description is
accurate and seems favorable, ending:

"This is totally unedited traffic generated by a group of
do-it-yourself, self-reliant people."

The rest of the article has some interesting Unix trivia, including
photos of a PDP-7 and Steve Bourne, now in DEC's Unix Program Office.
