[comp.windows.x] Looking for X11 GUI builders

We're looking for applications that can assist developing X11 GUIs.  The
hope is that there are tools that enable a person to graphically design
the interface and have the appropriate C code (or UIL) be generated.

If the GUI builder doesn't produce any real code or UIL, that's OK too,
at least it can be used to develop quick prototypes.

We are currently running R3, but we're interested in R4 based tools as well.

I was surprised not to see this in the 'frequently asked questions' list,
I'll be glad to submit whatever data I gather to the list.
