[comp.windows.x] Anybody got a "ppmtoxpm2" converter?

Has anybody produced a Portable{Pix,Bit}Map to XPM2 converter?
I have the ppmtoxpm for the original xpm format.  I have a "StringToPixmap"
converter for Xt and I am gonna update it to XPM2 but I need to
be able to convert other images to it!
