What programs are available for converting from color XWD dump files to color PostScript? We have been using cxpr, which seems to work pretty well for some dumps, but totally wrong for others (especially those where the colormap has changed). FrameMaker 2.1 for X will import color xwd files (among other formats) and can print to both black and white and color PostScript printers. It is now available on a variety of platforms.
