I'm trying to install X11 patch 14 on a DECStation 3100 and keep getting as far as mit/server/ddx/dec/mfbpmax/init.c and mfbpmax_io.c. They're looking for <machine/pmreg.h>, <machine/pmioctl.h>, and <machine/dc7085cons.h> which are non-existent on my machine. I can patch out machine/pmreg.h and init.c will compile but mfbpmax_io.c insists on some structure which I can also find no mention of in /usr/include/*.
