We have an application which requires us to display images which are currently in Group 4 fax format but can be converted to virtually any format required. The images are grayscale images up to 400 dpi, we don't want to edit the image in any way. What we do require is the ability to pan and zoom the image interactively. I have looked at a lot of the X software available and maybe I have missed something but I don't beleive anything I have seen has the sort of simple minded manipulation I need. Now there must be some software out there that does this could someone give me some sugestions. On another point, I notice in an article in this group that the Andrew software can to Group 4 decompression. Is that true?
