[comp.windows.x] OW2 XVPM -- Where is it?

I'm not sure if this is the right place or not, but...

I'm trying to convert some SunView apps to Xview2.0 using the sed scripts.  I'm 
fairly impressed with how they work, but a lot of them reference the XVPM.  The
only manual that we have that is helpful for the conversion is the conversion 
manual.  Unfortunately, it doesn't go into detail much at all.  I'm hoping that when
the sed script places a remark to look at, for example XVPM 3.2 it is talking about
a different manual.

Presumably XVPM is the "XView Programming Manual" by Dan Heller.  This
is volume 7 (light green) in the O'Reilly & Associates series.  You should
have got this as part of the OpenWindows distribution kit..
