I just noticed two "regular" or ordinary postings in newsgroup fa.telecom, in addition to the last two Telecom Digests from ARPA-land. Has something been changed in the software so that now it allows ordinary postings to "restricted access" groups, like the fa.whatever groups? If so, is anything gatewaying postings to these groups BACK to the ARPANET moderator of the particular group so that the data is fed into that community? Or is this a bug somewhere?
