I got a program called Chaos by Ken W. Marks from USENET which draws the mandelbrot set in X windows on many machines in parallel. I have a few questions though: 1. Is this program (Chaos) the same as the recent MandelSpawn program? 2. Someone mentioned that program was spawning the processes (drones) on the local machine instead of the remote machines, but corrected the bug. Will that person make the new program (patches, sources, whatever) available? If this is the same as the updated version of MandelSpawn then would someone tell me which ftp site it was at (or mail it to me, etc.) - sorry, I thought I had what was being posted and didn't look closely at it. 3. As stated above, will someone tell me which ftp site MandelSpawn is at? Thanks very much for your patience. Mark Craig la086318@zach.fit.edu Mark R.
