I need a clue.... I'm trying to write an application that has a main window which contains several pulldown menu's and which MAY contain 0 to 10 "viewports". The problem is that I can't figure out how the main window is supposed to "resize" itself to contain the viewport windows. I am using Athena Widgets whereever possible. Can anybody give me a clue? When the program starts up it looks like this: ========================================= < A "Form" Widget. | ====== ====== ====== | | |File| |Edit| |Help| | < A couple pull down menus | ====== ====== ====== | | ===================================== | | |^| | | < A message box. | | | | | | |v| | | | ===================================== | ========================================= No problem so far. At this point I do an XtRealize on the top level widget (created with XtAppInitialize). Now I want to add one or more Athena "viewport" widgets under the message box and have the man form widget resize to contain the new windows.
