Under X11R3/twm, when I moved the cursor into a window, the window border lit up with whatever highlight color I'd set in my ~/.Xdefaults. However, twm under X11R4 doesn't seem to do this at all---I haven't changed anything in either my ~/.Xdefaults or my ~/.twmrc that would affect this. Can I get the older behavior? (Yes, I know---us Neandrathals just can't get the hang of this newfangled fire-thingy, can we? :) ) ---Ken McGlothlen mcglk@cpac.washington.edu mcglk@cpac.bitnet

One thing new in R4 twm is that you can specify client border color in the twm startup file (.twmrc). Read the documentation for the twm vaariables "Color" and "BorderColor" in the twm manual page. R4 twm ignores client border color specifications given in other resource files.
