I would like to know if there is any way to use the value of an environment variable in an X client's resources or defaults. I'd like to be able to set the variable, then invoke the client and have it behave one way, then change the environment variable, invoke the client again and have it behave another way. My current readings seem to indicate that the answer is no, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Please *email* me the answer.
