Posting this for a friend. What is the simplest way of running a development environment on PCs (436 mostly) such that 1) existing Windows 3.0 code can be converted to X, 2) development can continue on the PCs, 3) code can continue to be developed using Windows 3.0 The resulting X code will have to eventually run on Suns and Silicon Graphic machines.
