[comp.windows.x] Compiling X on Vax 11/750 under BSD4.3 ???

  I just tried compiling X11r4.18 on a Vax 11/750 running BSD4.3.
Everything went OK except in ./extensions/lib/xinput. I got the
following errors:

making all in ./extensions/lib/xinput...
rm -f XAllowDv.o
cc -c -O -I../../../. -I../../../. -I../../.././X11 -I../../.././lib/X
-I../..
/include -DSHAPE -DMULTIBUFFER -DMITMISC XAllowDv.c
"../../.././X11/Xlib.h", line 962: compiler error: dimension table
overflow
*** Exit 1
rm -f XChgFCtl.o
cc -c -O -I../../../. -I../../../. -I../../.././X11 -I../../.././lib/X
-I../..
/include -DSHAPE -DMULTIBUFFER -DMITMISC XChgFCtl.c
"../../.././X11/Xlib.h", line 962: compiler error: dimension table
overflow
*** Exit 1

...

Has anyone seen this before? Should I even worry about it? I wasn't
building a server. (#define BuildServe NO) Isn't that what the xinput
extension is part of?

  Thanks,

  Mike McDonald
