[comp.windows.x] trouble compiling X window on Interactive OS 2.0.2

terry@tcville.HAC.COM (Robert Terry) (11/09/90)

I'm new here. I have gotten the FAQ file. I have read/skipped 700 messages
and over 500 more messages to go on this group. Please bear with this
help message.

X source files are patched up to 18 fixes as of now. It has been three days
trying to compile the huge window system.

I would like to establish connections with the persons who could help me
guide through the mess getting the X window system established on my machine.

For starter, here are a couple of compile errors that stopped me cold. First
here's my computer setup:

AST Premium 486/25, 16MB, 630 MB disk storage, runs on Interactive OS 2.0.2
(an AT&T sysV 3.2 clone), and NEC MultiSync 3D monitor using the Paradise VGA
Professional graphic board.

Compile Error #1:

Compile Error #2:

making all in ./clients/xmh...

Any pointer/help will be much appreciated. Thank you.
