Hello,

in the README-file of the xterm-directory you will find the following phrase :

.... Ideally, there would be a general tty widget and then vt102 and tek4014
subwidgets so that they could be used in other programs. .....

If I'm right this *tty-widget* should have the functionality of a very simple
terminalemulation. I think it will interpret control-sequences according to
some of its resources and then create a correct display.
So this widget would just be the right one if you need the display-
capabilities of a terminalemulation somewhere in your X-application.

Ok, does anybody know where to get this widget ?

We are using a HP 9000/360 with OSF/Motif 1.0 and the following libs in
/usr/lib : libX11.a, libXext.a, libXf11.a, libXhp11.a, libXm.a, libXr11.a,
	   libXt.a, libXtR2.a, libXw.a, libXwindow.a

It would be great, if anybody could help us and post back!
