We're running X Version 11 Release 2 on a Sun 3/110-LC. The manual page notes that "On a cgfour, Xsun will use both the monochrome and color screens as if they were two separate sceeens side-by-side. Sliding the mouse off the left and right edges will swap screens." 1. It seems that to manage windows on both screens, you get to do the moral equivalent of uwm -display :0.0 & uwm -display :0.1 & Is this what other folks have seen? 2. It also seems that if you do the above, using the "focus" item in uwm's "WindowOps" menu no longer works. (The "focus" item does work if only one uwm is running.) Is this what other folks have seen? Is there a fix or workaround? If you'd mail me your answers, I'd appreciate it. -- ado@ncifcrf.gov ADO is a trademark of Ampex.

Has anybody made uwm ICCCM-complient yet? If so, where can I get diffs or full sources? Please respond via e-mail. Thnx in advance. oz --- [Please, don't mail me commentary like "why not use twm" etc. I already use twm. That is not what I am after.] --- This is a COMPUTER.
