Today thru Wed or Thur is the national Sun User Group mtgs in San Jose. Sun usually turns out in force there - from top to bottom in the org. Product managers, etc. will be there giving classes , etc. I suppose if 3000+ conferees all pounce on ALL Sun employees and express their 'opinions' on the use of 'free' in the announcement some clarification will be forthcoming... If you are not going to the conference, contact someone you know who is and ask them to convey your opinion! -- Larry W.
