Hi:
	I am looing for two papers that I have heard about reading this
        news group. The first tells how to use the network and is called
	something like "The Hitchers Guide to the Network." The second is
	a list of programming and/or graphics gems. I don't know it's title
	but I think it has an algorithm for counting the number of bits
	set in a word with only a few shifts. If you could mail me the papers
	it would be nice.
