Ok, I'll say it cuz no one else has. Has anyone peered into net.social lately? For about the last three months the major discussion topic has been whether or not it is ok to change a left-handed kid to right-handed, at least that's what most of the subject lines read. I looked at one two weeks ago, it was actually a discussion as to whether or not the Church was responsible for the dark ages... I looked at one tonight, it was actually a discussion as to whether or not a discussion (still under a subject header of handedness) of whether or not the church caused the dark ages should be actually going on in net.religion (smart fellow! I'm *certain* it'll get solved there!) Well, I guess it's getting better (?!) I am sure if someone advocated removing that group it would be an easy way to find out what the hypothetical purpose was some time ago (in the dark ages? is that the relationship? the church in the dark ages usurped net.social because of it's left-handedness??? :-) Should this be in net.bizarre? -Barry Shein, Boston University
