[net.news] Can somebody stop the dups from brl-tgr?

A LOT of articles are getting their article id's corrupted going thru the
gateway at brl-tgr, resulting in duplicate articles in the Usenet world.
I've seen this in net.sources and net.unix-wizards at least.

Here's an example:

Unfortunately I don't have a copy of the original article with the original
article-id, but how did a message from ncr-sd.uucp get posted with a brl
message-id and posting-version?

In case anybody's interested, here are the headers from a duplicated article.
I am getting tired of reading things twice.
