Dear netters,
Is there anywhere I can get a full syntax spec of UIL (for free, of course
:-)? And/or is there any public domain UIL based tools I can get my hands on?
And a few of questions for legal eagles...
If I were to build a tool based on UIL for a research project, would that pose
any copyright problems? What if I were to release the tool as PD? What if the
project were in collaboration with a couple of industrial partners who wanted
to sell the tool??
Thanks,
Ian Rogers
